In this world, some humans make some money helping the elves to scape from the maquiladoras (sweat shops) in where they work as virtual slaves. They have to avoid the usual orcish (mercenary) patrols.
Done in Photoshop with custom and modified dry media brushes, over a scanned pencil drawing. Reference used for some elements (helmets, weapon, embroidery). I have applied here all the useful critique received at my previous image (thanks guys!). Comments and critiques welcome.

I have tweaked them a lot, changing scatter, texture and other features to fit my style.
Photoshop users: remember these useful keyboard shortcuts: [ and ] for increasing or decreasing brush size.
Numbers 1 to 0 to increase / decrease brush opacity. They save me a lot of time!
The girl's dress also has a celtic filigree I made some time ago from a scanned motif. The blue glass vessels were done in Bryce and retouched in Photoshop. The metal frame for the window was retraced in Illustrator.
